Evolve Child Care is based upon a large communal farm site with two registered homes present as well as an administration hub.
All staff members are dedicated to the young people in their home. We are passionate and committed to meeting the needs and aspirations of every young person. The goal when young people leave us is to live as independently as their ability allows. Manleys Farm is an incredible place and somewhere that children can make a home and really thrive.
We are dedicated to providing a safe, secure and homely environment for female children and young people aged 9-18 years. Our children and young people may have complex needs, special educational needs and may have experienced attachment issues, abuse, neglect, psychological trauma, or suffered a significant family crisis. Some of our young people may experience other developmental delay or cognitive difficulties which may include Autistic Spectrum Disorder and ADHD.
We provide stability and consistency enabling each young person to feel secure, build esteem, help them to cope and address their emotional issues from past experiences. We make communication a priority where young people learn respect for themselves and others and acquire the life and social skills to move forward to a more independent future in which they can function successfully within society.
